    About the role

    The Principal Product Expert-Quality Vault is accountable for all aspects of the Quality Vault technology ecosystem relating to Veeva QMS, Veeva QualityDocs, including but not limited to business relationship management, business and technical analysis, backlog management, agile delivery model and methodology, operational performance, enhancements, replacement, and future capability roadmaps. This role reports to the Head of Quality & EHS Products in the QSC Digital & Tech team. Recognized as someone who removes blockers, works collaboratively and adaptively to constantly meet the needs of their customers, and delivers value to Haleon Quality & Supply Chain.

    Key responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy & Enablement: Develop and align partners on a vision and roadmap for the relevant Quality product areas, technologies, and capabilities to support and accelerate QSC's HQS goals at a global scale. Deliver solutions that are practical, flexible, scalable, reusable, strategic and are achieved through the application of industry proven architectural principles, standards, and governance.
  • Demand management: Collaborate and influence business process leads as well as superusers to handle and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on the highest business value.
  • Product/Project Delivery: Execution, and maintenance for existing Quality Vault Applications and with an eye towards emerging innovative technologies. Accountable for creation and execution of the product roadmap. Will work in collaboration with the broader team to drive and deliver business value within tight timelines adhering to the release management calendar where applicable.
  • Quality, Risk & Compliance: Ensuring all products supporting the business are aligned with internal security, risk management policies and practices, continuity plans, external regulatory and statutory requirements e.g., GxP and that Tech continuity plans are in place for all critical products.
  • Service Management: Accountable for ensuring the right services levels are in place and ensure alignment to those SLAs. Directly manage any Level 1.5, 2 and 3 Support issues and escalations. Ownership for Life Cycle management of the product.
  • Adoption strategy & change management: in the role of change agent, support both the product teams and the business in agile approaches to solution development and adoption, building excitement, momentum, visible success stories and clear value-based versions of vision as roadmap plans come to life.
  • Qualifications and skills Essential

  • At least 6+ years proven experience with Veeva QualityDocs, Veeva QMS and other Veeva Quality Suite Applications. Current Veeva White Belt Certification is a MUST HAVE .
  • At least 6+ years proven experience in the Quality Vault environment along with business-critical interfaces with other applications.
  • At least 6+ years relevant experience e.g., Product Management , Business Partnering in an IT product related industry, with experience in IT product management, project management, and delivery including experience of working within Agile delivery methodology with an understanding of the system development lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of hands-on management and delivery of Internal Veeva Quality Vault Releases as well as 3x/year External Veeva Vendor Releases .
  • Proven track record of leading Veeva Release Impact Assessments with Tech, Business and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Proven understanding of the quality management systems and processes as well as controlled document management processes and regulations.

    ·At least 6+ years of Veeva Quality Vault implemented in BIG Pharma, Life Sciences – Preferably in the Quality Domain

    ·At least 6+ years experience of interfaces with Veeva such as ERP, Regulatory Vault, myPrint Solutions in BIG Pharma and/or Life Sciences – Preferably within the Quality Domain

    ·Proven track record in successful Quality Vault configuration & design, program and project delivery and service management, across multiple business lines.

    ·Being able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment to proceed high priority tasks to a resolution.

    ·Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
