    The company is RDSO approved part- I source for manufacturing and supply of Rubber to Metal Bonded, Rubber moulded components for mainline & LHB bogies, Cast polyurethane, Thermoplastic moulded components and Air Springs for Indian Railways.

    Manufacturing plant for rubber moulded, rubber to metal bonded and PU cast components for Indian Railways

    Unit III, Chennai Production plant for Gangways and Automatic Door Systems for Indian Railways & Metros

    Production Plant for Brake Disc and equipped with Machining facilities for metal parts

    Job Description:

    1.Carry out static/transient, Linear/Non-linear thermal and thermo mechanical FEA (Finite element analysis) of Metalic Structures Rubber and Rubber-to-Metal Bonded components using commercial software ABAQUS.

    2.Perform Fatigue analysis of Rubber and Rubber-to-Metal Bonded components using fesafe module of Abacus.

    3.Able to logically interpret the FE calculation results and provide design change solution and perform design optimization accordingly.

    4.Prepare and document Finite Element calculation in the form of complete design & analysis report.

    5.More than 3 years of ABAQUS experience in doing Finite Element Analysis for Linear, Non-Linear, Static, Dynamic, Transient, Thermal and Structural calculations.

    6.Strong background in Engineering Mechanics and Mechanical Design.
