The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and securing meetings with potential clients. This role is target-based, requiring the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's digital marketing services and identify opportunities for sales.
    • Qualify leads and gather information about their needs and current marketing strategies.
    • Set appointments for the sales team by effectively presenting the company's value proposition and securing interest from potential clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaigns and lead generation strategies.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide relevant and compelling information to potential clients.
    • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships over the phone.
    • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
