    What You'll Do

    Collaborate with Marketing to ensure sales collaterals are available and ready to use.

    Assist Sales, CS & Marketing leaders in creating respective playbooks & scorecards.

    Create a training plan for CRM usage and educate AE/SDR/CSM on accurate usage of the fields.

    Be the hubspot CRM Admin to build workflows and handle integrations with different tools for seamless information exchange.

    Manage tech stack like HubSpot, Apollo, PandaDoc, Gong, Apollo, LeadIQ, Saleshandy

    Assist RevOps in territory management, data planning

    Track weekly review tracker with RevOps

    Provide reporting on customer adoption, sentiment, advocacy, and business results (i.e., forecasts, renewals, expansions, churn)

    Curate content and playbooks to allow the team to more efficiently and consistently deliver customer outcomes

    Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth in customer success and sales

    2-3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company managing a Sales Operations tech stack.
