    Description
    • Design and implement solution involving information security and compliance needs.
    • Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise during pilot, proof of concept stage, or organization-wide deployment.
    • Resolve complex compliance problems where in-depth security evaluation is required.
    • Lead the development implementation of tools such as NextLabs Pathlock.
    • Creation of test scripts around data masking, entitlements, access roles, generating ERP alerts and SIEM integration.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand compliance requirements and translate them into effective compliance policies.
    • Administer and maintain NextLabs, Pathlock products and technologies to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
    • Creation of documentation, ERP security policies and procedures.

    Basic Qualifications :

    • Bachelor s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
    • Experience applying ERP security features and best practices.
    • Understanding the concept of Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and experience in deploying policy-based access control within ERP Landscape.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence diverse stakeholders.
    • Prior experience as a people manager.
    • Must be willing and able to travel

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Implementation experience in ERP security and compliance tools such as - NextLabs, Pathlock, ERP UI Masking.
    • 10+ years of experience in ERP Security and Compliance arena covering Attribute Based Access Controls, Role Based Access Controls.
    • Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with Customers, the Information Technology (IT)
