    Project Management Professional

    Responsibilities


    • Interact regularly with project (customer and internal engineering managers, programmanagers, business leadership, etc.) sponsors and stakeholders, project, and programteams for work unit and/or organization-wide, multi-year programs.
    • Develop appropriate project management strategies for implementing a broad range of tasks and initiatives.
    • Lead project management activities such as communicating with principal.investigators, resource managers, project engineers, technical tradesmen, etc. tomonitor and control the project cost and schedule milestones, maintain quality.assurance processes and keep the focus on delivering project commitments.
    • Facilitate and lead the creation of project budgets, work breakdowns, rough order.estimates, task prioritization, and integration plans with principal investigators andprogram managers.
    • Research and recommend project management policies, principles, and practices.
    • Develop project specific processes and procedures.
    • Coordinate, resolve, and/or assist in resolution of technical/personnel conflicts andother issues within and between project and program teams and facilitate to arrive atsolutions.
    • Prepare reports and associated project and/or program documentation.
    • May serve as liaison with other work units, programs, and various otherorganizations/groups to disseminate appropriate information. For example, finance,purchase, manufacturing, EMS, etc.
    • Provide schedule deadlines and budget constraints for design, assembly, andprocedural inputs for new and/or standard facility and test equipment in collaborationwith engineering managers.
    • Evaluate schedule and cost constraints and operational and performance specificationsfor the selection of project materials, and components.
    • Facilitate and participate in the planning process and provide input for decisionseffecting facility operations, maintenance and repair, and technical task/projectexecution.
    Provide input and participate in the unit strategy planning process and decisions forwork unit or user group(s)Requirements


    • Experience of Automotive (some degree) Industry is preferred.
    • Experience of Embedded systems, software and or hardware development as per VModel
    • Bachelor of engineering or higher (preferred in electrical, electronic, or computerscience engineering)
    • 5+ years of project management experience.
    PMI Certification is must (Valid).Opportunity is for our Hinjawadi R&D Centre.
