Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges.
• Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement via Kinaxis RapiResponse.

Kinaxis Configuration & Customization

• Design, build, and configure Kinaxis RapiResponse applications tailored to business requirements.
• Develop and implement data models, system integrations, and custom scripts within Kinaxis.
• Ensure data flows accurately and efficiently within the platform.

Project Delivery & Support

• Work with internal and client-side cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot Kinaxis-related technical issues.
• Maintain and update detailed technical documentation for all project activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with new Kinaxis RapiResponse features and supply chain planning innovations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance existing Kinaxis solutions.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapiResponse or similar supply chain planning tools.

Technical Skills

Kinaxis RapiResponse Expertise

• Configuration in modules such as Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Advanced scripting using Kinaxis languages (e.g., RapidTables) for automation and custom logic.
• Integration experience with ERP, CRM, or WMS systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Data modeling skills to ensure integrity and accuracy within Kinaxis.

Reporting & Analytics

• Ability to build reports and dashboards in Kinaxis and potentially integrate with BI tools.

Data & Analytics

• Strong SQL skills for ETL processes.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and data lakes is a plus.

Cloud Technologies

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially for supply chain applications.

Project Management

• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana.
