One Mobile App Strategy:

Our vision is to build single Mobile app that will integrate all field digital solutions relevant to IC business and potentially communicate with customers (Internal and External) , produce ROI, and turn into a valuable digital asset.

Mobile Engineering Leader is responsible for acting as the lead for day-to-day operations involves developing new and maintaining existing Enterprise mobile applications by analysing business requirements and priorities and translating that input into an effective user experience.

As a lead you will need to consider the client, content, context, and cloud as core components of an enterprise mobile strategy.1.

Lead activities related to Strategizing, monitoring, analysis, design, development, and implementation of native mobile (iOS and Android) and cross platforms.2.

Design and code significant features required for building single Mobile App across L&T Group.3. Lead a team of mobile developers (through Partners) in a fast-paced, iterative process4. Work closely with the Corporate and IC Digital team to deeply understand the business needs5.

Provides technical leadership related to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of mobile applications, products, or solutions as assigned by the Digital product manager.6.

Maintains processes used by development teams to ensure adherence to industry best practice:

• Determine the Continuous Integration Environment and DevOps.
• Platform's standardization across DevOps.7. Initiates and participates in projects to evaluate technologies and identify methods for implementing these solutions; creates and executes project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements.8. Provide code reviews and architectural leadership while coaching and mentoring team members to achieve a high level of success.9. Work closely and cross-functionally with other leaders to align technical vision of
  LNTOne Mobile app strategy and contribute to design and architecture decisions.10. Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules across ongoing projects, ensure that resources are appropriately allocated, and timelines are met in accordance with the projects and solution roadmap.

Desired Skills and Experience:
years' experience of building highly scalable Enterprise Mobile applications2. Experience leading a team of very strong engineers3. Experience shipping high usage mobile applications, ideally currently available in an app store4. Deep knowledge of major development platforms iOS and Android.5. Understanding of UX best practices and a desire to achieve excellent usability6. Comfortable working with both local team members as well our partner team of engineers7. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Development, MVP, MVVM, VIPER, MVP, and Clean Architecture8. Experience in iOS/Android performance and memory tuning, detecting and optimization of battery-draining9. Experience with Agile/Scrum and other SDLC's methodology.
