    Job Description:

    As a Sales Manager at MyScaai Bharat Construction, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads, making new clients, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving sales efforts for construction projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, hunt, and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
    • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, architect firms, developers, and builders to foster collaboration and create opportunities for construction project requirements.
    • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business goals. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
    • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and offering ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Market Analysis & Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
    • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and work closely with the internal team to close deals effectively.
    • Reporting & Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, provide regular updates on sales activities, and report progress to senior management.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management within the construction industry or related sectors.
    • Strong ability to identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building.
    • Solid understanding of the construction industry, including construction projects, building materials, and market trends.
    • Experience working with architects, developers, builders, and channel partners.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
