- Design and iterate on UI/UX for our digital products, ensuring exceptional user experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and validate design concepts.
- Develop and refine our startup's brand identity, including logo design, color schemes, and typography.
- Ensure design consistency across all product and brand materials.
- Contribute to the development of our product and brand design guidelines and best practices.
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects in web/mobile applications and brand identity.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
