    Position Title: Accounts Executive

    Type: Full time

    Location: Hyderabad

    Job Summary:

    One of our clients (a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm) is seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join their team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, including ledger management, reconciliation, and tax filing. This role requires a firm understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in financial software, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial documents and processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
    • Regularly update and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
    • Utilize Tally ERP 9 for day-to-day accounting operations and generate financial reports as required.
    • Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and ensure compliance with all statutory law and financial regulations. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Coordinate with the internal audit team to facilitate periodic audits and compliance checks.
    • Process payroll and manage employee expense claims.
    • Liaise with clients to address any accounting queries and provide outstanding client support.
    • Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com).
    • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, preferably in a CA firm environment.
    • Strong proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and MS Office, especially Excel.
    • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and corporate finance principles.
    • Demonstrable experience with ITR filing and tax procedures.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in handling all financial data.
