    Description

    Senior Associate - Accounting Description:

    • Recording Transactions: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
    • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
    • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial data.

    Tax Preparation Support:
    Work with accountants to gather necessary financial information and documentation for year-end accounts production and tax return preparation.

    • Software Proficiency:
    Use accounting software (predominantly VT and on occasion QuickBooks and Xero) proficiently to perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently.

    • Communication: Liaise with colleagues to clarify bookkeeping matters and resolve discrepancies.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely manner.

    Software Proficiency:
    Use accounting software (predominantly VT and occasion QuickBooks and Xero) proficiently to perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently.

    Expertise you bring:


    Qualifications:
    B.Com /M. Com/ CA- Inter

    Proven impact: 3-6 years of experience in accounting outsourcing industry. UK Accounting BPO experience is preferred.

    • IT/ITES, Accounting industry is an advantage. )
