    Description
    Job descriptionBusiness Development & Sales Manager Build new business opportunities by identifying prospects.
    Maintaining relationships with clients (Architects, Interior Designers, & Large strategic Clients) by providing support, information, and guidance.
    Preparing & sending commercial proposals to clients.
    Grow revenue from existing clients.
    Work with the backend team to ensure delivery commitment.
    Building healthy funnels /pipeline for incremental business from new existing clients.

    " Bachelor's Degree in anystream " , MBA would be preferredMinimum : 5 years of sales experience in relevant industry ( pitching to Architects, Interior design firms ).Excellent Customer service & sales skill.
    Strong verbal & written communication skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft(Excel, Powerpoint), CRM & sales software.
    Negotiation & problem solving skill.
    Prior experience in sales & business development working with Architects, Interior Design.
    Should have their own conveyance.
