    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conducting fieldwork, formulating evaluative resources, inspecting delivery sites, and conferring with project beneficiaries and support staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct fieldwork in Microfinance, utilizing expertise in Accounting and Excel skills to analyze data.
    • Develop and implement effective evaluative resources to guide fieldwork activities.
    • Inspect delivery sites to ensure adherence to contemporary standards.
    • Maintain communication with project beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collect and analyze samples to inform decision-making.

    Requirements:
