Role Description

This is a full-time role with Glenearth Constructions LLP located in Perintalmanna. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising the labor force at our residential construction sites. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Labour Management: Oversee and manage the labour team on-site, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.
2. Recruitment: Identify and recruit new labour teams as needed to meet project requirements.
3. Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work is being carried out correctly and to the highest standard.
4. Project Management: Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned.
5. Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
