    Business Growth Strategy:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive the growth of homewares plastics products.
    • Analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and stay updated with industry developments to create a competitive edge.

    Key Accounts Management:

    • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including prominent retailers/ large format Retailer/ OE Retailer. Like (Walmart, IKEA, TESCO, TARGET and others).
    • Work closely with these key accounts to understand their specific needs, preferences, and challenges, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior related to homewares plastics products.
    • Assess the competitive landscape and identify potential threats and opportunities for the business.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors in the homewares industry.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

    New Business Development:

    • Prospect and acquire new customers, retailers, and distributors for homewares plastics products, both domestically and internationally.
    • Initiate and lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

    Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Track sales performance, revenue, and other key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress and suggesting improvements.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree would be advantageous.
    • Proven experience as a Business Development or in a similar sales role within the homewares plastics industry.
    • Experience in handling B2B sales to major retailers like Walmart, IKEA, TESCO, etc.
    • Indepth knowledge of the homewares plastics market, industry trends, and customer preferences.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
