- Proven experience as a Retail Luxury Store Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of luxury products, brands, and trends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and implement effective strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after- sales services)
- Answer customers questions about products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked, maintain stock register accordingly and data in soft copy.
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
