- Overseeing daily operations of the store, including sales, staff management, and customer service.
- Driving the team to achieve the target on conversion from the walk in customers.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to the store staff.
- Developing and implementing instore marketing and promotional activities.
- Update and Maintain the daily sales report, cash card report, petty cash reports.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues on time.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Maintaining a Safe and clean organized store environment.
- Maintain proper conditions of assets equipment, fixtures and machinery in the outlet.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a showroom setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and implement effective strategies.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
