    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Systems Engr to join our team at Sparta Systems. In this critical role, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions, driving innovation and efficiency while ensuring alignment with quality standards and industry best practices. You will also play a key role in fostering team growth and an inclusive culture.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions, ensuring alignment with quality standards and industry best practices.
    • Drive innovation and efficiency across various industries through system solutions, impacting design and architectural aspects.
    • Contribute across the full project lifecycle, from business development through product end-of-life.
    • Play a critical role in building, developing, and retaining a strong, diverse team, fostering an inclusive culture.
    • Apply working knowledge of Propulsion System/large mechanical systems for Aerospace.
    • Conduct system audits to ensure intended system functionality, operation, and performance requirements are achieved.

    Skills Requirement:

    • Skilled change agent with proven ability to drive transformational and cultural improvement.
    • Detailed knowledge of aerospace qualifications and certification requirements.
    • Strong leadership skills, including decision-making, customer management, and a bias for action.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of product development processes and tools.
    • Ability to maneuver in the face of conflict or organizational dynamics and create order in ambiguous environments.
    • Mature leader capable of establishing efficient management operating systems.
    • Effective influencer, with strong delegation and mentoring abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to execute quickly under strict schedule constraints while achieving technical objectives.

    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
    • Adept at identifying critical issues and driving them to resolution to assure success.

    QUALIFICATION:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering; Master's degree would be advantageous.
    • Good understanding of Systems Development Standards (DO160, ARP 1338 etc.).
    • Proficient with Requirement Management Tools such as DOORS, DXL script.
