- Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to match bench candidates with suitable project opportunities.
- Track and manage candidate submissions, interviews, and placements in our applicant tracking system.
- Negotiate contract terms and rates with consultants and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to drive recruitment strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bench sales recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Proven ability to identify and assess qualified candidates.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and techniques.
