    Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inventory checks, as well as keeping a tidy and organized Store.
  • Manage daily issuance against work orders.
  • Receiving of parts, physically and maintaining the inventory in our inventory system, IFS-10
  • Shipping of parts, including all relevant paperwork as when required.
  • Managing tools room, purchase and sending for repair and calibration as when instructed.
  • Tool room management
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, promptly reporting any risky situations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives on 5S.

    • SKILLS:

  • Bachelor degree ), technical grade ) would be an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbally
  • IT skills in Microsoft Office tools, ERP and cloud-based information sharing solutions such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Proficiency in Gujarati is necessary.
