    Description

    Glamplus, a prominent player in the cosmetics, retail, wellness, and beauty industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for building and maintaining client relationships, and a deep understanding of customer retention strategies. This role will involve occasional customer visits and a strong focus on nurturing existing accounts to drive growth and loyalty.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:

    ● Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

    ● Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and effectively.

    ● Understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

    Retention Strategies:

    ● Implement effective retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

    ● Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

    ● Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to prevent churn and enhance retention rates.

    Account Growth:

    ● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.

    ● Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions for clients.

    Customer Visits:

    ● Conduct periodic visits to key clients to strengthen relationships and gain insights into their evolving needs.

    ● Provide on-site support and training as needed to ensure clients maximize the value of our products and services.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    ● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

    ● Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status, sales performance, and growth opportunities.

    Requirements:

    ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    ● 3+ Years Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the cosmetics, retail, wellness, beauty or fashion industry.

    ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

    ● Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

    ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    ● Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.

    ● Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    ● A passion for the cosmetics, retail, wellness, or beauty industry and a drive to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
