    Key Responsibilities:

    Government Business Strategy: Develop and implement a robust strategy for government business development within the corporate hospitals division, aligned with Aishwarya Group's overall objectives and market positioning. Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with government agencies to expand the group's presence in the government healthcare sector.

    Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key institutional clients, including government agencies, corporate organizations, and other key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a proactive and professional manner. Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

    Tender Management: Oversee the end-to-end tender management process for government healthcare contracts, from opportunity identification to bid submission and contract negotiation. Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including pricing, quality standards, and contractual terms. Lead a team of tender specialists to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.

    Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with government officials, policymakers, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders at the local, state, and federal levels. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify synergies, leverage opportunities, and address challenges in the government business landscape.

    Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and industry associations. Leverage partnerships to enhance the group's competitive advantage and drive business growth in the government sector.

    Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in the government healthcare market. Stay abreast of regulatory changes, policy developments, and funding initiatives that may impact the group's business interests. Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and business planning.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
