- Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and send to the sales team
- Work closely with Prospects to uncover business needs, understand pains
- Managing chat to drive prospect leads, answer technical product queries, and handle customer queries.
- Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the Field Marketing team to help refine marketing communications.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales role
- Experience in selling IT/Cloud-based products / Backup/Security-based products.
- Go-getter, or a self-motivated personExperience working on Salesforce and MS Excel/ PowerPoint a must

Roles & Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads in US and UK markets. The expected activity level for this position is 80 calls per day
Experience & Qualification:
