- Tier 1/2 TAC support for covering APAC, EST, EMEA time zones.
- Expected to be on call inrotation over weekend and holiday.
- Tier 1 engineers will take the first call / response to tickets.
- Tier 2 engineers will handle the P1 and P2 issues.
- Troubleshoot with the customers and collect any relevant log information etc.
- 4-8 Years of Experience in Support.
- Should ideally be CCNP or higher level.
- The person should be very familiar with Network Monitoring products.
- Strong troubleshooting Skills.
- Advanced Linux troubleshooting
- Gather Data from the Client
- Try to Solve it
- If this cannot be solved, escalate to Tier 2
- Not involved in replicating bugs etc.
