    Description

    Production Planning & Distribution Executive

    Responsibilities:

    Production planning: Predicting future demand for products SKU wise based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors(Manpower/ Machinery and holidays).

    Resource Allocation: Determining the necessary resources including manpower in coordination with HR and Production, raw materials, machinery performance condition and finances required to meet the forecasted demand.

    Inventory Management: Balancing inventory levels to meet demand without excessive surplus or shortages, which involves minimizing carrying costs and the risk of stockouts.

    Manage warehousing and storage facilities, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.

    Manage FG warehouse for effective space utilization and perform physical stock audit.

    Being able to adjust plans in response to changes in demand, resource availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the distribution process to ensure smooth and timely flow of goods from the point of origin to the point of consumption

    Processing customer orders SKU wise accurately and efficiently, from order receipt to delivery and ensure e-way bill are processed before dispatch.

    Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives.

    Implement systems and technologies to streamline distribution processes and enhance operational efficiency.

    Other Requirements:

    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals by working along with the team.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to distribution and logistics.
    • Knowledge in Tally
    • Below 35Years

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5years of experience in production planning and distribution management or logistics, with a proven track record of success in production planning and optimizing distribution operations.
