    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. To initiate and run a vendor contracting process by planning and implementing the strategy

    2. Familiar with the geographic knowledge about Asia pacific and Middle East regions

    3. Collaborate with new vendors/ co-living suppliers through ​calls and emails

    4. Smooth onboarding process for the vendors ​

    5. T​o study and understand the products available on our website

    6. To study the backend of our website and run the available tools ​

    7. Maintain relationships with existing and new vendors

    8. Maintain regular call timings and monitor the team as well

    9. Meeting monthly targets and monitoring the team as well

    10. To follow and encourage regular Quality Check of listings, rates and cit​y on our website

    11. Assisting the sales team as and when required

    12. ​Reporting to Multiple levels including India & UK office

    Job Requirements:

    1. Preference is Experienced Reservations from a Co-living/Co-working background, Sales skills, Neutral accent will be good, Presentable for video calls, meeting suppliers, etc.

    2. Good communication skills/ Command over English

    3. Negotiation & Influencing

    4. Team player ​

    5. Decision making & management skills

    ​6. Self-motivated

    7. Preferable candidate who has handled a team before (upto 5-people)

    8. Open to work in rotational shifts, Flexible to put-in extra efforts
