    Job Description :
    Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, service level agreements, and key account requirements.
    Conduct regular business reviews with Travel Agents to maintain transparency, gather feedback, and foster continuous improvement.
    Collaborate with internal teams to address Travel Agents requests, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.

    Conduct outbound calls to travel agents to promote Travel ProductProvide administrative and operational support to the sales and operations team in a B2B travel agency.

    Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for Travel Agents, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
    Serve as the main point of contact for Travel Agents during the onboarding process, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set up Travel Agent accounts, configure systems, and do hand holding for usager of Agent Portal LoginManage Agent Enrollemnt/Registration process , KYC documentation, and Timelines to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.

    Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management, or a similar role.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
    Detail-oriented approach and organizational skills to manage multiple client onboarding simultaneously.
    Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
    Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful onboarding outcomes.
    Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing valuable insights, recommendations, and solutions to clients to drive long-term satisfaction.
    Proficient in MS Office suite and travel management software for data entry and documentation.
