Job Description We are looking for a PHP developer who can analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.

He/she must interact with the customers and understand their needs. He/ she must be passionate about Open Source communities and philosophies. He/She must respond promptly and professionally to bug reports. He/she should be able to participate in Agile teams meetings including daily Scrum, design reviews etc. He/she must ensure Agile milestones and project schedules are met.

Required Skill SetsExpertise on LAMP Technologies [Linux, PHP, MySQL, Apache].Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and jQuery.

Experience on the Agile Methodology and best Agile practicesFirm grip of Git-based source control, software coding & server maintenance best practicesKnowledge of REST, JSON, XML, OOP, Dependency Injection, SOAPPersonally responsible for production-level code, complete server management and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skill SetsExposure on frameworks / tools such as Joomla/Drupal CMS, Zend Framework 2, CodeIgniter, Yii, CakePHP, Magento, WordPress, Symfony, Typo3, SugarCRM, Smarty, osCommere will be an added advantage.

Experience on tools like PHP Unit and Selenium

Interpersonal SkillsHe/she must be able to adapt to new environments and technologies. Good verbal and non-verbal communication is a must along with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Educational QualificationAny graduate or post graduate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.
