Job Overview

Trident Dispatch, a leading staffing and recruiting company, is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. This role requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in quality engineering. The job is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time position. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining high product quality standards through effective inspection, documentation, corrective actions, troubleshooting, and improvement processes. The ideal candidate will have strong materials management and materials testing skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in quality engineering
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proficient in inspection techniques and methodologies
• Strong knowledge of records maintenance and documentation
• Ability to identify and implement corrective actions
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process improvement methodologies
• Good materials management skills
• Familiarity with materials testing procedures

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests
• Create and update quality documentation and procedures
• Identify and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements
• Manage materials effectively to ensure availability and prevent delays
• Perform materials testing and evaluate test results
