Executive - Sales & Marketing

No of Position: 01



  • Graduate in Business, Marketing or any other related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
  • Able to provide quality leadership

  • Managing distributor and dealers of the region.
  • Managing complete Primary/Secondary/Tertiary sales in the channel.
  • Responsible for complete sales cycle of the region.
  • Monitor & Manage Display area of the dealers.
  • To regularly monitor sales figures and product mix of the customers/regions.
  • To provide feedback about the product demand, market trend, product quality issues to the Management / Product Management Team.


  • Regular meeting with Architects/Interior Designers for leads generation and convert leads in to orders
  • Regular meeting with High End Builders/IBs/Villas as well sample distribution and accountability
  • Follow ups with Tier 1 & 2 clients for leads generation and conversion
  • Research, identify, and qualify highpotential prospects by assessing the challenges and needs of the customer


  • To ensure that all customer complaints are immediately addressed and handled well through technical team by proper coordination and follow ups with clients
  • To always ensure the Turn Around Time given to customers are adhered without deviations.
  • Review all customer queries and complaints, analyze the problem, and provide proper solutions within the Turn Around Time given.
  • Escalate new and unique issues to relevant people in the organization for knowledge and resolution.


  • To assist and support Sales Managers of the other regions in development of those regions.
  • To attend regular training pertaining to sales from distributors and dealers inline with Product Development and betterment of quality
  • To remain informed and updated with Product Knowledge and Industry related news.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers and promote the company's LED lighting products.

E. STRATEGIC (Marketing Specific)

  • To develop strategies and promotional activities to substantially increase Sales
  • To gather up to date and reliable information on the activities of our competitors in the individual regions
  • To plan and manage ATL and BTL activities (Optional).
  • To plan and execute all local exhibitions/Events and manage the crossfunctional implementation of the plan.
  • To identify/ideate highimpact marketing collaterals that clearly communicate brand message and create impact for brand recall in local languages.
  • To Collate database of Architects, Builders, Developers, Interior Designers, Interior Contractors etc

₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year


  • Sales & Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
  • Construction and building material: 2 years (preferred)
- project sales: 2 years (preferred)
