Backend development:
Designdevelop and maintain highperformance and scalable backend servicesin Golang. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate ourweb service into thirdparty game clients. Communicate progressregularly and seek clarification on requirements whennecessary.


APIdevelopment:
Help design and implement HTTP APIs to supportSDKrelated functionalities for game studiopartners


Databasedesign:
Design scalable database collections andqueries


Security:
Implement and be a champion of security best practices in thebackendarchitecture

Roadmap Paving:
Contribute to the development of the backendroadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and userexpectations


Codereview:
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overallimprovement of our developmentprocesses

Requirements:
Tobe successful in this role you shouldhave: Softwareengineering experience: 4 years professional experience writingsoftware


Golangexperience:
2 years experience building Golang applications.
Experience with AWS SDK Kubernetes and Redis is alsodesired.


Databasemastery:
High level of proficiency and handson experience withusing databases including data modeling query optimization indexingaggregation framework scaling sharding andtransactions

SelfSufficiency:
Ability to work with limited supervision acrossdifferent time zones to communicate progress regularly and to seekclarification on requirements whennecessary

Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirementsand contribute to the overall success of the team. Experienceworking in a startup environment is aplus.


Communication:
Communicate effectively with remote team membersboth written and verbally providing progress updates flaggingpotential roadblocks. and fostering positive and productive workingrelationships.
