- Office Administration & Sites & Facility Services
- Maintenance, Parking, House keeping, Multiple issue handling.
- Managing Travel desk. Booking of train / flight / hotel for staff and guests.
- Upkeep of vehicles / Insurance / Tax
- Vehicle arrangement as and when required for movement of staff, guests and materials.
- Ensure undisrupted service of CUG / PRI / Wifi connections.
- Service and upkeep of Telephone equipment. New connections as and when required.
- Handling Admin related Bills and Compliance. Processing and follow up for payment. Timely renewal of Trade License, Property Tax / Labour License. Resolve issues and apply for fresh Licenses as and when required.
- Co-ordination and arrangements. Events / Functions
- Graduate.
- 8+ years' experience
- Real Estate experience preferred
