    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Office Administration & Sites & Facility Services
    • Maintenance, Parking, House keeping, Multiple issue handling.
    • Managing Travel desk. Booking of train / flight / hotel for staff and guests.
    • Upkeep of vehicles / Insurance / Tax
    • Vehicle arrangement as and when required for movement of staff, guests and materials.
    • Ensure undisrupted service of CUG / PRI / Wifi connections.
    • Service and upkeep of Telephone equipment. New connections as and when required.
    • Handling Admin related Bills and Compliance. Processing and follow up for payment. Timely renewal of Trade License, Property Tax / Labour License. Resolve issues and apply for fresh Licenses as and when required.
    • Co-ordination and arrangements. Events / Functions

    Qualifications

    • Graduate.
    • 8+ years' experience
    • Real Estate experience preferred
