Primary & Secondary Skills

• Over all 20+ Years of work experience, relevant min of latest 15+ years in similar industry.
• Economic value addition in steel making operation by optimizing charge-mix and alloy addition for required chemistry.
• To lead the department and achieve targeted production & Quality.
• Handling of Raw Material to Finish Product.
• Develop application specific new alloys in close co-ordination with R&D
• To study the technical feasibility and analyze the production cost benefits of implementing latest processes, technologies equipment's in Steel Melt Shop.
• Responsible for Safety, Health and Environmental activities including implementation of policies and procedures to provide a safe work place
• Daily/ Monthly production costing & analyzing.
• Work Planning as per requirement of production.
• Interaction with the technology suppliers' vendors engaged in SMS and ensure improvement in productivity of the vendor.
• Has a track record of taking tough calls while possessing good inter-personal skills
• Possesses good health and is physically fit.

Qualifications

• BE- Mechanical/Metallurgy
• Candidate who handled Green flied as well as Brown filed projects
