- To organize and coordinate the factory's commercial affairs.
- Preparing Purchase Order.
- Maintain day-to-day incoming & outgoing documentation.
- Maintain stock, preparation of Dispatch paperwork/Invoicing.
- Responsible for overall accounting of Plant.
- Preparation of yearly Budgeted financials and periodic forecasted financials as per Alpla Group requirements within the timelines in coordination with relevant stake holders.
- Proper handling of all finance and accounting tasks ( accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, bank accounting and assets accounting) including all relevant tax returns.
- Preparation of monthly financials and management reports as per Alpla group requirements.
- Preparation of stock reconciliation statement.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise.
- Data Accuracy, Effective and timely preparation Financials and reports
- Inter Unit Reconciliation.
- TDS Payments & Returns
- Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation
- Through Knowledge in GST. (Return filling & Monthly reconciliation)
- Monthly Books closing.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
- You hold a university degree in M. Com/B. Com or CA Inter preferred.
- You have 2-3 years of professional working experience
- You have excellent communications and presentation skills for building strong relationships
- You are proficient user of the Microsoft Office as well as of Tally and Accounting systems
- You have the ability to work well with other departments.
