Role: Oracle Utility Functional Consultant.

Locations: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad.

Your Job:

- Provide functional expertise in implementing Oracle Utilities solutions to clients.

- Analyze requirements, design, develop and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Your Capabilities:

- Experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), Meter Data Management (MDM) or Customer Cloud Service (CCS).

- Proven track record with CIS implementation engagements.

- Engage with clients, delivery teams, and other stakeholders across different geographies.

- Possess hands-on CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM functional expertise on more than one area of utility billing, rates configurations, payments, credit & collection, meter data acquisition, usage measurement, etc.

- Understand business requirements in detail and design, implement, and provide solution on different business processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead workshops, demos, and recommend new methods and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

- Understanding of de-regulated and regulated market environments and related tariff scenarios.

- Knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and other utility products built on OUAF.

- Oracle Utilities Certifications in Oracle Utilities product suite are an advantage.

Qualification: MBA/B.Tech.
