    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and improve search engine rankings.
    • Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to maximize the impact of SEO initiatives.
    • Take ownership of organic performance targets for our global websites and ensure the successful delivery against them.
    • Develop SEO best practices for our sites and lead discussions with internal stakeholders. Ensure progress and performance are reported regularly to key stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting and explaining SEO strategies, progress reports, and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align SEO strategies with their objectives.
    • Set in place best SEO working practices that team members can use and learn from to develop their own careers.
    • Be an expert in competitor analysis, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities to outperform competitors.
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of Google algorithms and stay updated on algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly
    • Identify and implement strategies to increase website traffic through organic search listings, ensuring compliance with best practices to avoid blacklisting.
    • Research and address URL architecture, page errors, content issues, and other factors impacting technical performance.
    • Work extensively with SEO tools, including but not limited to Google Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, etc.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in regenerative AI to optimize our SEO strategies accordingly.
    • Share knowledge with the team and lead from the front.

    Requirement :

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience (with at-least 2 years in a senior position) in SEO with a proven track record of successful strategy development and implementation.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and interpret data for decision-making.
    • In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools, practices, and Google algorithms.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ownership mentality with the ability to take charge of organic performance targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead discussions, set best practices, and report progress regularly.
    • Expertise in competitor analysis and staying updated with industry trends.
