- for full cycle of Sales and recruitment.
- in marketing profiles of H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, USC.
- responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, TN, GC, OPT and CPT) with prime vendors or Direct Client
- and screening potential IT requirements for candidates from effective usage of Internal as well as External Systems/Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking. within given time frame
- with Vendors(clients), and discuss openings, and submit the profiles through job boards like: Dice, Monster, and other job portal.
- good communication skills

- hands-on knowledge in marketing H1B and H1B transfers and OPT
- be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099, etc.
- have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills
