Description

As a Server/Waiter, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest needs throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet guests, escort them to tables, and ensure their comfort.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, such as refilling drinks and clearing plates.

2. Order Processing and Payment:

• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Process payments and provide accurate checks to guests.

3. Menu Knowledge:

• Familiarize yourself with the menu, including specials and allergens.
• Make recommendations and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience.

4. Cleanliness and Organization:

• Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
• Replenish supplies and follow hygiene and food safety practices.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with kitchen staff for accurate order preparation.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to colleagues and management.

Qualifications:

• Previous server or waiter experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for order processing and payment handling.
• Knowledge of menu items, including allergens and preparation methods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
