    Customer Portfolio Specialist

    The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a customer portfolio consisting mainly of medium and large Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), European Union customers, and strategic prospects within the region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Effectively handle assigned customers through consultative sales of products and in-depth knowledge of applications and customer processes.
    • Plan customer visits using existing tools such as WCS, SFA, etc. for monitoring, documentation, and classification purposes (Potential, FIC, etc.).
    • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

    Requirements and Skills:

    1. Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
    4. Proficient in using CRM software and other business tools.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
