    About this Opportunity:
    Associate Director - Inside Sales


    As the Associate Director Inside Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

    You will develop and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency, as well as drive continuous improvement in sales processes.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead, motivate, and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

    Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals

    Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement

    Develop and implement training programs for the inside sales team.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Proven track record of success in inside sales management Strong leadership and management skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to motivate and inspire team members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
