• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Warehousing/Logistics Operations with focus on Last Mile/Middle Mile Management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership and Team Management skills.

• Ensure end to end smooth running of logistics operations for the region i.e, by adhering and enforcing all operational procedures and policies and conducting timely audits.
• Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply them when solving business problems.
• Spearhead expansion and growth planned for the region, with effective use of technology and innovative ideas.
• Prepare LM performance management scorecards.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reviews of performance with the Zonal Manager.
• Drive performance of all sites with sharp focus on Reliability, Cost and Speed.
• Business process improvements towards customer satisfaction & efficiency.
• Team Management.
