Role & responsibilities

• Assist in operation, maintenance, and breakdown handling of highway construction equipment such as:

• Batching plants

• Hot Mix Plants (HMP)

• Pavers, Rollers, Loaders, Excavators, Tippers

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning for plant & machinery.

• Assist in monitoring equipment performance, fuel consumption, and productivity.
• Coordinate with site engineers, operators, and vendors for smooth machinery operation.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and breakdown reports.
• Support inspection of machinery as per OEM guidelines and safety norms.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and mechanical safety practices.
• Assist in mobilization, installation, and dismantling of plants and machinery.

Learn inventory control of spares, lubricants, and consumables

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• Freshers can apply

• Internship or exposure to construction equipment / plant maintenance is an added advantage
