    REQUIREMENTS :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
    • Ideally from SaaS /Fintech / Financial services background
    • Worked on product at scale
    • Ability to work with minimal guidance in 0-1 setup

    SKILLS REQUIRED :

    • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable and efficient applications.
    • Experience with database technologies, including Postgres and MongoDB.
    • Strong understanding of system design principles.
    • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
    • Exposure to cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean and efficient code.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
    • Experience in building products at zero to one phase is an added advantage

    AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

    • Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
    • Work on the entire software development life cycle, from concept to delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure the performance and security of applications.
