    Analysis and resolution of escalated and complex fault cases and recommendation for preventive & corrective actions for enhanced customer experience

    Deliverable

    Expected Key Results Activities

    1. Resolution of complex and escalated problems - Ensure resolution of escalated problems,Analysis and recommendation for preventive/corrective actions

    2. Adaptation of new product/technologies - Enhancing skill on new product and technologies,Support to multivendor / multi-technology solution designing

    3. Cross-functional team work - Co-ordination with planning, engineering, NOC and field teams for identifying the root cause and solution, Working with OEMs to establish RCA and corrective actions

    4. Knowledge Sharing - Imparting knowledge sharing

    5. Processes development - Review of Standard operating procedures in fault management
    6. MOP creation and validation for Optics
