    * Drive business expansion for Elets' conferences, knowledge platforms, research reports and digital initiatives

    * Engage with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Government officials and senior decision-makers

    * Identify business opportunities with IT companies, consulting firms, PSUs, startups and solution providers

    * Manage end-to-end deal cycles โ€” from initial outreach to successful closure

    * Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing and events teams to create compelling proposals

    * Maintain a strong sales pipeline and directly contribute to revenue growth

    ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

    * 0โ€“2 years of experience in B2B business development, partnerships, sponsorship sales or enterprise outreach

    * Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply

    * Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and government stakeholders

    * Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

    * Prior exposure to events, media, SaaS, consulting, IT or the government ecosystem is a plus

    * Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
