Job Description
· Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
· Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
· Ensure business growth year on year basis.
· Delegate work to the store team to ensure store operations run smoothly and monitor them closely.
· Follow the store SOP and ensure all other staff follow the same.
· Create weekly staff roster and plan resources for supporting the training team and marketing team whenever needed.
· Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
· Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
· Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and follow industrial standards.
· Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
· Prepare detailed reports on buying trends and customer requirements.
· Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
· Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
· Maintain store monthly reports and conduct periodic inventory audits.
· Take care of store maintenance work whenever needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a store manager in a cosmetics or make-up company is a must.
