    Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM)

    We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Manager with extensive experience in selling and marketing interior products to corporate clients, PMCs, architects, and interior designers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client & Industry Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, corporate clients, and project management consultants (PMC).
    • Cold calling to generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the interiors and ergonomics sector.
    • Develop and foster a network of industry contacts to support long-term business growth.

    Product Demonstrations & Presentations:

    • Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and sample trials for architects, designers, and end users to showcase our ergonomic solutions.
    • Coordinate showroom visits and ensure an exceptional on-site experience for clients.

    Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Prepare accurate quotations, manage tender submissions, and complete all necessary sales documentation.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing to align promotional strategies and generate client interest.

    Operational & Administrative Duties:

    • Take charge of showroom management, ensuring the space is always ready for product demonstrations and client visits.
    • Maintain all necessary records, reporting sales activities, and providing regular progress reports to the management team.

    Requirements:

    • 5 to 10+ years of experience in sales within the interiors industry, specifically handling clients, PMCs, architects, and designers.
    • Prior experience with interior-related products such as carpets, furniture, blinds, or false ceilings is highly preferred.

    Desired Skills:

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable outcomes and build mutually beneficial client agreements.
    • Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence.
    • Exceptional presentation skills for delivering impactful product demos and proposals.
    • High attention to detail in documentation and tender submissions.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills for balancing client needs and showroom responsibilities.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (required); a Master's degree is a plus.
