    Description
    We are looking for Group Product Manager/ Product Manager- General medicines/ GI for an Indian Pharmaceutical MNC.

    Therapy:
    General medicines or Gastroenterology (Mandatory)


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage brand responsibilities independently for assigned brands within the strategic brand portfolio.
    • Achieve key performance indicators including topline growth, market share, and profitability targets for allocated brands.
    • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop distinctive and impactful brand campaigns.
    • Deliver highquality and timely campaign materials and activities to the field team.
    • Conduct regular analysis of market conditions and sales forecasts.
    • Track return on investment (ROI) of brand strategies and monitor competitor activities.
    • Conduct research as needed for brand development (e.g., customer behavior, perceptionattribute mapping) and create strategies based on findings. Perform feasibility analysis and market research for potential new opportunities.
    • Create and implement the Annual Operating Plan for the brand portfolio.
    • Perform fieldwork to gather insights and support strategic decisionmaking.
    • Collaborate with sales teams and crossfunctional partners to gain buyin and ensure effective execution of strategies.
    • Engage with the sales team through various meetings to drive enthusiasm and motivation.
    • Coordinate with other departments such as medical, training, promotions, supply chain, and finance.
    • Lead divisional initiatives with significant impact on business performance.
    • Mentor new brand managers and guide management trainees within the team.

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy.

    MBA or PGDBA in Sales and Marketing.


    Experience:


    At least 5 years of pharmaceutical brand management experience, preferably in a multinational corporation, with roles such as Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager.

    Preferably, additional sales experience.

    Experience in managing key accounts and engaging with key opinion leaders.

    Exposure to new product launches.
