- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Plant Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, production processes, and quality control
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with dental laboratory operations is a plus
- Manage and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and logistics
